Medical Skin Care

Nowadays, skin care can be a bit confusing with products that offer a wide variety of options. The most important and first step in skin care is which skin type the person has.

  • If your skin looks porous, excessively oily shiny, pimples, black spots, oily skin type ,

  • Dry skin type if you experience tension, scaling, sensitivity on your skin ,

  • If some areas dry out, some areas cause acne, black spots, then what is the combination skin type you have.

  • In addition, if you have dense spots, it means that you have a spotty type, if you have red veined and reactive skin, you have a sensitive skin structure.

In skin care, three points are called as sheet feet:

  1. Cleaning

  2. Moistening

  3. Sun protection

Products suitable for skin type should be selected at every stage. You can get expert opinion by contacting dermatology physicians.

It is necessary to carry out three-stage maintenance regularly. In addition, as the age progresses, different serums and oils should be added to the care.

If different procedures were performed, advanced care should be done with the recommendation of the physician at that time.

Having regular medical skin care will provide the necessary glow, fullness and cleanliness to the skin.

When buying sunscreen cream, you should choose according to the skin type and make sure that it is a suitable sunscreen cream. There is a wide variety of sun protection products on the market. It would be appropriate to get your sunscreen cream with a sunscreen factor (SPF) of at least 30. If you have different problems such as capillaries, spots or freckles, excessive sensitivity or acne that cause redness on your skin, your sunscreens should be addressed to such situations.

After choosing your skin with at least SPF 30 sun protection factor, it is important to use the appropriate amount and frequency. It should be applied to the whole face at least half an hour before leaving the house and the protective effect should be maintained by applying the cream again every 2-3 hours.

For people with very dry skin, the moisturizing effect of sunscreen cream is not sufficient. Therefore, daily moisturizing cream and sunscreen cream can be applied to the floor.
